Associate Chiropractor: Conway, AR

Bledsoe is a fast-growing Chiropractic clinic located in Conway, Arkansas. Our goal is to provide “Hope through Healing” to those in our community.

Position Summary: As a chiropractor in our office, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility, strength, and overall wellness and providing hope through healing to our patients. This role combines clinical knowledge with practical hands-on care to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities, mobility, and functional limitations to establish baseline measurements.
Treatment Planning: Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs and goals.
Adjusting: hands on and/or instrument assisted manipulations.
Patient Education: Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities of daily living, providing guidance to promote self-care and injury prevention.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing improvement and recovery.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatment interventions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

Doctorate in Chiropractic
Active Arkansas Chiropractic License
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Dedication to patient-centered care, with a focus on optimizing functional outcomes and improving quality of life.
Detail-oriented approach to documentation and adherence to healthcare protocols.
