Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of chiropractic treatment, correction as well as wellness and maintenance programs. The physician must also be skilled in patient assessment, acute pain management, and the development of comprehensive care plans. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality services, ensuring patient safety, and promoting overall wellness.
This office is looking for an Associate Chiropractor who is seriously invested in evolving into the leading role of Managing Chiropractor and Owner of this clinic. This is a very well established clinic leading the area in results and popularity. The current physician is looking for a team member to assist with patient load, evaluations and business responsibilities. The doctor should be proficient with Diversified technique, Arthrostim or similar, rehabilitation techniques, acupuncture is not initially necessary, myofascial techniques are welcome.
The stated salary and benefits are for the first year only and should compound as the current physician assists with your growth and establishment as a trusted resource in this community. This should evolve into a very comfortable and happy life style for the dedicated and sincere chiropractic physician who is willing to learn, grow, and love this clinic.
Duties
Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients to determine their health status.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical history.
Manage acute and chronic pain through appropriate treatment protocols and interventions.
Utilize radiological imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Monitor patient progress through regular observation and follow-up assessments.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Stay informed and educated about advancements in practices related to chiropractic care and treatment..
Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Qualifications
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid license to practice in the state of employment.
Strong knowledge of chiropractic treatment techniques , exercise, nutrition, physical therapy and radiology techniques.
Proficient in developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Excellent patient diagnostic skills with the ability to observe changes in condition effectively.
Confident communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team members.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the chiropractic field.
